- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We've been with Ed Leahy at American Family ever since he started at the office in Aurora & cant say enough good things about him & his knowledgeable staff. A few years ago, I had the unfortunate experience of my transmission going out while driving on a busy highway with my 4 children on board, while my husband was out of town. When I called the office, to arrange a tow, Ed get on the line, got our location & personally came to get us. You don't find many people willing to go that extra mile..but Ed does.
